- Appetite for Love takes place in Tennessee, but the mountains shown in the distance are not the Great Smoky Mountains. In unsurprising news, this was actually filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, like so many other Hallmark movies! Canada is notoriously cheap to film in and Hallmark loves it.
- The movie is supposed to take place in February, but the trees in the city are clearly showing it was filmed in the fall.
